The NSSMC public information database on the securities market (http://stockmarket.gov.ua) is an information resource that ensures an effective interaction between the regulator, issuers, investors and the public in terms of the NSSMC’s exercising its powers to disclose and access information on the activities of securities issuers and professional market participants.
The NSSMC introduces international standards for the securities market operation, in particular those on disclosure of information, taking into account the IOSCO recommendations. The information disclosure system created by the NSSMC enables all stakeholders to obtain necessary data on the activities of potential investment projects and evolvement of the securities market in an accessible and convenient way.
The public database on the securities market is owned by the state represented by the NSSMC. It is maintained by the Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency of Ukraine.

The unified information database on the securities market is created and maintained based on the website of the Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency of Ukraine (http://smida.gov.ua).
Currently, the website contains information to be disclosed in accordance with the applicable laws, including: NSSMC Public Information Database, Electronic System for Comprehensive Information Disclosure (ESCRIN), Database of Offences on the Securities Market, information on holders of significant shares (10% and more), the State Register of Securities Issues with information on issues of shares, corporate bonds, domestic local government bonds, securities of joint investment institutions, mortgage certificates, mortgage bonds, certificates of real estate funds, etc. registered by the NSSMC.
