We inform you: announcement regarding the appeal of court Resolutions

On November 8, 2022, the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv opened proceedings in case No. 640/18608/22 on the claim of PrJSC «Gaztek» to the National Securities and the Stock Market Commision to declare the Resolutions No. 1183 of September 19, 2022 as illegal and invalid, dated September 19, 2022 No. 1184, subparagraph 9 of paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 176 of March 16, 2022, paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 323 of April 29, 2022.

The District Administrative Court will additionally inform you about the date, time and place of the preparatory meeting.
