The NSSMC has prepared an explanation on derivative contracts

The NSSMC has prepared an explanation of the application of certain provisions of parts one and two of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets.

In the document, the NSSMC provides the explanation which derivative contracts relate to the financial instruments in the capital markets and organized commodity markets, and which do not according to the Law.
