The first meeting of the renewed NSSMC was held

On April 13, 2021, it was held the first meeting of the renewed leadership of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) chaired by Ruslana Mahomedov.

The Commissioners approved a regulations on the work of a number of professional participants on a stock market, namely:

 – on issue a license for professional activity on the stock market – asset management activity of institutional investors LLC “AMC” Klever Asset Management” and LLC “AMC “Brightfuture Asset Management;

 – on cancellation of a license for professional activity on the stock market – asset management activity of institutional investors LLC “AMC” Globus Asset Management” on the basis of the applicant.

“The regulator’s focus is on the work of really high-quality professional participants with an impeccable reputation and clean assets, – Ruslan Maрomedov, Chairman of the NSSMC, said. – We will continue to adhere to this vector and concentrate on saturating of the market by working tools.”

The new the composition of the NSSMC has been already formed, it consists of:

– Ruslan Mahomedov, Chairman;

– Iraklii Baramiia, Commissioner;

– Yurii Boiko, Commissioner;

– Yurii Shapoval, Commissioner;

– Yaroslav Shliakhov, Commissioner;

– Arsen Ilin, Commissioner;

– Maksym Libanov, Commissioner.
