The renewed composition of the &#8220;NDU&#8221; Supervisory Board consists as the previous one, of seven members. There were elected following members:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Danyliuk Oleksandr &#8211; Independent Director<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lisovenko Vitaliy &#8211; Independent Director <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Milentiev Vitaliy &#8211; Independent Director <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Panchenko Oleksandr \u2013 representative of shareholder State of Ukraine as represented by the NSSMC<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Selekhman Mykola &#8211; representative of shareholder of the National Bank of Ukraine<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Stetsenko Mykola &#8211; Independent Director <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Yakubovsky Volodymyr &#8211; Independent Director <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thus, new composition of the Supervisory Board of PJSC &#8220;NDU&#8221; includes 5 independent directors.&nbsp; This is a majority of the total number of members of the Supervisory Board, which meets the best international standards of corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p>The first meeting of the new composition of the &#8220;NDU&#8221; Supervisory Board will take place in the near future.
