Appeals were also received from legal entities with a request to inspect the activities of a number of dubious investment companies.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the systematic monitoring of dubious financial projects (\u00abscam projects\u00bb*) and in order to protect the rights of investors, the list of dubious investment projects was updated on the official website of the Commission and the following projects were added:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 NPBFX \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npbfx.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.npbfx.info\/&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 GERCHIK &amp; CO \u2013<a href=\"https:\/\/gerchik.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&nbsp;https:\/\/gerchik.co\/&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 WANT. BROKER \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/i-want.broker\/ru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/i-want.broker\/ru\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 GoldenStanley \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/goldenstanley.com\/ru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/goldenstanley.com\/ru\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 KIEXO \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ru.kiexo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/ru.kiexo.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 TrustMacquarieCapital \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/trust-m-capital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/trust-m-capital.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC requested the provider to block the web pages of fictitious investment projects to which they provide hosting services.<\/p>\n<p>The list of projects is available on the official website of the NSSMC in the section \u201cProtection of investors&#8217; rights\u201d at the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/activity\/insha-diialnist\/zakhyst-investoriv\/#tab-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">link<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once again, we urge citizens to be careful and carefully assess the risks before investing their money!<\/p>\n<p>Any information on fraudulent activities in the financial market, please report to the NSSMC or by email: <a href=\"mailto:md@nsssmc.gov.ua\">md@nsssmc.gov.ua<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>* The NSSMC considers benchmark projects to be investments in the quasi-Forex market and projects that offer investment services, but aim only at illegal seizure of investors&#8217; funds.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The NSSMC has received a number of appeals from individuals who have lost significant funds invested in dubious financial projects.
