At the meeting on September 15, 2021, the NSSMC approved the draft Procedure for Provision of Administrative Services.<\/p>\n
The list of administrative services is approved by the order of the Chairman of the NSSMC and posted on the official website of the NSSMC.<\/p>\n
For each administrative service, the NSSMC approves an information card containing information about the subject of such service, a list of documents, payment or free administrative service, possible ways to obtain results, etc., as well as a technological card indicating the stages of processing the application, the responsible official, terms, etc.<\/p>\n
The application and documents for obtaining an administrative service are submitted by the applicant to the NSSMC in electronic form using an electronic signature or seal. You can also submit a package of documents to the address: Kyiv, st. Moscowska, 8, building. 30.<\/p>\n
The draft was developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on State Regulation of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets and to bring the NSSMC’s regulations in line with the Law of Ukraine of 19.06.2020 \u2116738-IX on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Simplification of Investment Attraction and Introduction of New Financial Instruments.<\/p>\n
