PJSC RFC VERES raised UAH 50 million as part of an initial public offering (IPO) on the PFTS stock exchange.<\/p>\n
The stock exchange reported that during April-September 2021, 363 exchange contracts worth a total of UAH 50 million were concluded and executed. Thus, 100% of the debut public issue of shares was placed.<\/p>\n
\u00abWe are glad that FC \u00abVeres\u00bb successfully held an IPO and thus became a model for other companies. This is the first public offering of shares carried out under the new procedure after the implementation of the Prospectus Directive on the Ukrainian capital market.
