Each Series contains 40 thousand bonds with a total face amount of 10 thousand UAH. Accordingly, each series is registered for 400 million UAH.<\/p>\n<p>The repayment of bonds Series N will be carried out from September 1 to 3, 2025, and the bonds Series O \u2013 from August 31 to September 2, 2026.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe municipal bonds are an effective financial instrument that helps cities implement many projects, first of all, primarily infrastructure projects. We are glad that today the major cities of Ukraine a use this opportunity and are waiting for the registration of all others who are ready for this process and strive to develop their territories,\u201d said <strong>Maksym Libanov, the Commissioner of the NSSMC. <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the issuer, the Kiev City Council from bond offering in 2021 plans to raise funds for defrayment aimed at creating or updating the long-term strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p>We remind that at the beginning of November this year, the NSSMC registered the bonds issue Series M of Kyiv City Council for 300 million UAH.
