Such a Resolution was made by the Commissioners at one of the last meetings of the Regulator.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe have established the requirements that are mandatory when obtaining a license to conduct the professional activities in the capital markets \u2013 property management activities for financing construction objects and\/or real estate transactions, as well as when carrying out such activities. We also outlined the specifics of combining this type of work with certain types of professional activities in the capital markets, \u2013 says <strong>Arsen Ilin, the Commissioner<\/strong>. \u2013 First of all, we were guided by the need to regulate all aspects and protect the rights and interests of investors. After all, this is quite a common way of financing construction, particularly, in the regions \u2013 it covers 12-13% of the market. Therefore, as a Regulator, we must ensure the protection of those who want to invest in such a popular asset as real estate.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Draft License Conditions cover the full range of issues related to property management activities for financing construction objects and\/or real estate transactions.
