As in other areas, we strive to have clear and understandable rules of the game here, and the issue of reporting is not an exception, but one of the elements of the \u201cpuzzle\u201d, says <strong>Iraklii Baramiia, the Commissioner<\/strong>. \u201cWe discussed this document with market participants and colleagues from other government agencies, so we plan to receive full information from commodity exchanges about its activities from the spring.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Therefore, according to the Regulations, the NSSMC has established the following deadlines for the beginning of reporting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for daily data \u2013 from May 1, 2022;<\/li>\n<li>for monthly data \u2013 from July 2021 (from July 2021 to May 2022, the professional participants must submit data by June 31, 2022;<\/li>\n<li>for annual data \u2013 from 2021;<\/li>\n<li>for irregular data \u2013 from May 1, 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So, from today the commodity exchanges will submit data to the NSSMC within the following deadlines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>daily &#8211; by 12:00 p.m. of the day following the reporting day;<\/li>\n<li>monthly \u2013 no later than the last day of the month following the reporting month;<\/li>\n<li>annual \u2013 by April 30 of the year following the reporting year;<\/li>\n<li>irregular \u2013 within three working days from the date of occurrence of irregular data;<\/li>\n<li>irregular data arising in the event of a situation of price instability \u2013 within 24 hours from the moment of establishing the fact of its occurrence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the same time, the Regulator also took care of the conditional transitional period. Therefore, the deadline for submission of monthly data for July, August, September, October, November, December 2021 is until June 30, 2022 inclusive.
