{"id":1176147,"date":"2022-03-04T12:32:21","date_gmt":"2022-03-04T10:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1176147"},"modified":"2022-03-04T12:32:21","modified_gmt":"2022-03-04T10:32:21","slug":"nktspfr-dopomahaie-biznesu-boronyty-nashu-krainu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/nktspfr-dopomahaie-biznesu-boronyty-nashu-krainu\/","title":{"rendered":"The NSSMC helps businesses to defend our country"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The NSSMC has decided to grant permission to conduct an exhaustive list of transactions of AMC Altus Assets Activities LLC with assets of Altus-K Closed-End Non-Diversified Venture Mutual Investment Fund and Joint-Stock \u201cClosed-End Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund &#8220;BONOSCITUM&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC allowed the AMC to make a payment from an investment fund under a previous loan agreement, as the funds are needed for the operation of companies that defend our country under our war.<\/p>\n<p>We are talking about the following companies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>KFC restaurants which cook for the military, help with medicine, etc .;<\/li>\n<li>operators of Kyiv shopping malls, where grocery supermarkets and pharmacies operate;<\/li>\n<li>construction companies that help the territorial defense forces of cities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After conducting the above-mentioned operations, AMC Altus Assets Activities LLC must provide the NSSMC with a consolidated report on the intended use of the funds received.<\/p>\n<p>The Resolution shall take effect on the day of its publication on the NSSMC&#8217;s official website.
