{"id":1176197,"date":"2022-03-12T01:13:53","date_gmt":"2022-03-11T23:13:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1176197"},"modified":"2022-03-12T01:13:53","modified_gmt":"2022-03-11T23:13:53","slug":"nktspfr-dopovneno-perelik-operatsii-z-aktyvamy-isi-pid-chas-voiennoho-stanu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/nktspfr-dopovneno-perelik-operatsii-z-aktyvamy-isi-pid-chas-voiennoho-stanu\/","title":{"rendered":"NSSMC: the list of transactions with UCITS assets during martial law has been supplemented"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The NSSMC <\/strong><strong>adopted its Resolution on <\/strong><strong>supplement the list of transactions that may be carried out with <\/strong><strong>UCITS<\/strong><strong> assets during martial law in the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC allowed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pay dividends of UCITS (mutual investment institutions), which were accrued until February 24, 2022,<\/li>\n<li>remunerate AMCs (asset management companies), custodians, administrators of NPFs (non-state pension funds) in an amount not exceeding the average monthly remuneration for the previous 12 months,<\/li>\n<li>extend deposit agreements,<\/li>\n<li>financing of already started construction in the regions of the western region of the country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Resolution shall take effect on the day of its publication on the NSSMC&#8217;s official website.
