It is allowed to take loans on their collateral.<\/p>\n<p>Among others, the Regulator allowed the incurrence of expenses from assets of the collective investment scheme (UCITS) related to the maintenance and operation of assets that are part of the assets of such UCITS, as well as conducting transactions<\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC Resolution shall take effect on the day of its publication on the NSSMC official website.
