The regulator has admitted new U.S. dollar-denominated military bonds to the capital markets.<\/p>\n<p>The first auction for their placement took place on March 15, 2022. The international securities identification number (ISIN) is UA4000225775. Natural and legal persons, residents and non-residents will be able to purchase them on the secondary market.<\/p>\n<p>It should be recalled that the NSSMC simplified the purchase of military bonds, including by non-residents of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The maturity of bonds will be 407 days, and the maturity date is April 27, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike hryvnia-denominated military bonds, this issue will provide for interim interest payments on April 28 and October 27, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC Resolution on the circulation of new bonds shall take effect on the day of its publication on the NSSMC official website.
