{"id":1176350,"date":"2022-04-15T12:43:28","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T09:43:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1176350"},"modified":"2022-04-19T11:21:07","modified_gmt":"2022-04-19T08:21:07","slug":"pravomirnist-dii-tovarni-birzhi-mozhut-pratsiuvaty-lyshe-za-litsenziieiu-nktspfr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/pravomirnist-dii-tovarni-birzhi-mozhut-pratsiuvaty-lyshe-za-litsenziieiu-nktspfr\/","title":{"rendered":"Legality of actions: commodity exchanges can operate only under the license of the NSSMC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The NSSMC has decided to carry out professional activities on the organization of trade in products on commodity exchanges on the declaration of economic activity during martial law.<\/p>\n<p>It is important that business entities that have submitted to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine declarations on conducting business activities without being licensed by the NSSMC, may carry out such activities <strong>only after obtaining a license from the <\/strong><strong>NSSMC<\/strong><strong> for clearing activities to determine liabilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Throughout &nbsp;the period of activity sych entities should meet the licensing conditions established by the Law of Ukraine on Commodity Exchanges and regulations of the NSSMC, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organizational and operational requirements,<\/li>\n<li>requirements for the amount of authorized and own capital, the procedure for its determination and liquidity,<\/li>\n<li>qualification requirements for specialists of commodity exchanges,<\/li>\n<li>hardware and software requirements,<\/li>\n<li>requirements for the sources of origin of funds, due to which the authorized capital of the commodity exchange is formed, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Resolution shall take effect on the day of its publication on the NSSMC&#8217;s official website.
