{"id":1176478,"date":"2022-05-09T23:09:52","date_gmt":"2022-05-09T20:09:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1176478"},"modified":"2022-06-01T14:21:25","modified_gmt":"2022-06-01T11:21:25","slug":"nktspfr-vyznachyla-umovy-tymchasovoho-zupynennia-litsenzii-pid-chas-viiny","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/nktspfr-vyznachyla-umovy-tymchasovoho-zupynennia-litsenzii-pid-chas-viiny\/","title":{"rendered":"The NSSMC determined the conditions for the temporary suspension of the license during the war"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has approved a Resolution that during martial law, the regulator may suspend the license for violations that pose significant risks to the operation of capital markets and organized commodity markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC identified the following grounds for suspending the license during the war:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>violation of licensing requirements for conducting professional activities in the capital market and organized commodity markets;<\/li>\n<li>providing inaccurate, untimely or missing information at the request of the NSSMC;<\/li>\n<li>non-compliance with NSSMC Resolutions;<\/li>\n<li>business relations with individuals or legal entities from the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus;<\/li>\n<li>the presence in the ultimate beneficial owners of citizens of Russia or Belarus;<\/li>\n<li>Improper business reputation of the company&#8217;s management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The license is suspended the next day after the publication of the relevant Resolution of the regulator on the official website of the NSSMC.<\/p>\n<p>The Resolution on the procedure for suspension of licenses comes into force from the moment of its publication on the official website of the NSSMC.
