{"id":1176516,"date":"2022-05-12T16:22:18","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T13:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1176516"},"modified":"2022-05-17T02:17:10","modified_gmt":"2022-05-16T23:17:10","slug":"nktspfr-pryzupynyla-deiaki-stroky-dii-v-sferi-spilnoho-investuvannia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/nktspfr-pryzupynyla-deiaki-stroky-dii-v-sferi-spilnoho-investuvannia\/","title":{"rendered":"The NSSMC has suspended some actions in the field of the collective investment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The NSSMC approved a Resolution which suspended, for the duration of martial law, certain time limits set by law in the area of collective investment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In particular, it is a question of &#8220;freezing&#8221; of the terms established for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>conducting the constituent assembly of the corporate fund;<\/li>\n<li>registration of corporate fund regulations;<\/li>\n<li>registration of the issue of corporate fund shares and the prospectus of their issue;<\/li>\n<li>registration of the prospectus of issue of investment certificates of a mutual investment fund;<\/li>\n<li>achievement of the minimum volume of assets by the mutual investment fund;<\/li>\n<li>resolution-making by the authorized body on extension of the term of joint collective investment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The specified terms are resumed the day after the termination or abolition of martial law in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its publication on the NSSMC&#8217;s official website.
