{"id":1176556,"date":"2022-05-16T11:50:44","date_gmt":"2022-05-16T08:50:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1176556"},"modified":"2022-05-17T20:26:17","modified_gmt":"2022-05-17T17:26:17","slug":"nktspfr-rozshyryla-perelik-dozvolenykh-operatsii-z-tsinnymy-paperamy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/nktspfr-rozshyryla-perelik-dozvolenykh-operatsii-z-tsinnymy-paperamy\/","title":{"rendered":"The NSSMC has expanded the list of permitted securities transactions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has amended the Resolution \u2116144 of March 8, 2022, which allows for separate operations in the capital markets during martial law.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC allowed the circulation of promissory notes avalized by the bank.<\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC also supplemented the list of areas in which venture CII (collective investment institutions) and managers of the CFF (construction financing funds) are allowed.<\/p>\n<p>The list includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zhytomyr region;<\/li>\n<li>Kyiv region;<\/li>\n<li>Poltava region;<\/li>\n<li>Chernihiv region;<\/li>\n<li>Cherkasy region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Resolution comes into force from the moment of its publication on the official website of the regulator.
