The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has approved the Resolution on the temporary suspension of licenses to conduct professional activities in the capital markets – the depository activities of 23 companies.<\/p>\n

The reason was their failure to comply with the regulator’s decision to provide information on the objects of property rights of the Russian Federation as a state that started a full-scale war against Ukraine. Due to the risk of violations and negative impact on the operation of capital markets during the war, the NSSMC suspended the licenses of the following companies:<\/p>\n
