The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has suspended the validity of licenses to conduct professional activities in the capital markets – asset management activities of institutional investors and activities to administer of non-state pension funds to 19 companies. The NSSMC were made the relevant Resolutions at a meeting held on June 10, 2022.<\/p>\n
The reason for the Resolution was the failure to provide information at the request of the regulator to these companies, including on relations with the Russian Federation, which is waging a full-scale war against Ukraine. Due to this violation and taking into account the possible negative consequences for the operation of capital markets during the war, the NSSMC suspended the licenses of the following companies:<\/p>\n
