{"id":1176951,"date":"2022-07-22T13:54:32","date_gmt":"2022-07-22T10:54:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/?p=1176951"},"modified":"2022-07-23T15:48:51","modified_gmt":"2022-07-23T12:48:51","slug":"nktspfr-asotsiatsiia-ukrainski-fondovi-torhovtsi-vtratyla-status-sro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/nktspfr-asotsiatsiia-ukrainski-fondovi-torhovtsi-vtratyla-status-sro\/","title":{"rendered":"The NSSMC: Association &#8220;Ukrainian Stock Traders&#8221; has lost its SRO status"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The NSSMC (National Securities and the Stock Market Commission) has approved a number of Resolutions that deprive the Association &#8220;Ukrainian Stock Traders&#8221; of the status of a self-regulatory organization due to non-compliance with the requirements for conducting activities on the capital markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC revoked the Certificate of the self-regulatory organization of professional stock market participants Association &#8220;Ukrainian Stock Traders&#8221; for the following types of professional activity:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 trading in securities (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/rish_926.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Resolution of the NSSMC \u2116926 of July 21, 2022<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; depositary activity (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/rish_927.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Resolution of the NSSMC \u2116927 of July 21, 2022<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The reason for the revocation was the Association&#8217;s failure to bring its activities and internal documents into compliance with the requirements of the updated Regulation on the Association of Professional Stock Market Participants.<\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC also revocation the registration of the association of professional stock market participants and canceled the certificate of registration of the association of professional stock market participants Association &#8220;Ukrainian Stock Traders&#8221; for the following types of professional activity:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 trading in securities (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/rish_928.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Resolution of the NSSMC \u2116928 of July 21, 2022<\/a>);<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 depository activity (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/rish_929.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Resolution of the NSSMC \u2116929 of July 21,2022<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The reason is non-compliance with the requirements of the association&#8217;s charter.<\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC draws attention to the fact that licensees who are members of the Association &#8220;Ukrainian Stock Traders&#8221; and are not members of other SROs must within three months to become a members of another SRO for the relevant type of activity.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The NSSMC (National Securities and the Stock Market Commission) has approved a number of Resolutions that deprive the Association &#8220;Ukrainian Stock Traders&#8221; of the status of a self-regulatory organization due&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":363,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3,19,11,28,4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1176951","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-golovn-novini","category-depozitarna-dyalynsty","category-torgvlya-tsnnimi-paperami","category-ltsenzuvannya","category-news"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1176951","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/363"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1176951"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1176951\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1176963,"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1176951\/revisions\/1176963"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1176951"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=1176951"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=1176951"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
