The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has stepped up monitoring of suspicious investment projects that raise funds for the purpose of allegedly investing in crypto projects by operating with digital assets.<\/strong> Due to the lack of stable legislation on the regulation of digital assets, this is actively used to raise funds\/digital assets for dubious projects, investments in which usually end in full or partial loss of assets for citizens.<\/p>\n

\u00abThe NSSMC highlights on its English-language version of the website projects that can deceive not only Ukrainian citizens, but also citizens of the EU and the US, and the offices of such companies are often located in Ukraine. Thus, when searching the Internet, it will not be difficult for English-speaking citizens to find an official source that can prevent them from investing in suspicious projects. The NSSMC also plans to hold meetings with colleagues from European regulators and representatives of the US regulator to strengthen the information impact on this issue\u00bb, said Irakli\u0456 Barami\u0456a, the Commissioner.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The NSSMC has added eighteen more cases to the list of unreliable investment projects.<\/strong> Once again, we remind potential investors of the significant risks associated with investing through persons whose activities are not regulated in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
