There is still a lot of work and challenges ahead. However, we are confident that these steps will create a strong institution that will effectively meet the challenges of the times and promote the development of capital markets. The key to this whole process is people. We are pleased to welcome new specialists and are grateful to all those who have continued their professional career with the regulator\u00bb, said <strong>Ruslan Magomedov, NSSMC Chairman.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The establishment of the NSSMC Office is not just a name change, it is the beginning of a major transformation of the regulator.<\/strong> These changes are aimed at improving the level of work of the NSSMC&#8217;s specialists, who are the drivers of the implementation of all plans and tasks facing the regulator today.<\/p>\n<p>This process has been made possible by the Law of Ukraine on Regulation and Supervision of Capital Markets and Organised Commodity Markets (No. 3585-IX), which is designed to increase the institutional capacity and guarantees of the NSSMC&#8217;s independence.
