The document has already been published on the NSSMC&#8217;s website for public discussion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What does the draft envisage?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 defines the rules for the use of electronic signatures and electronic seals when creating, sending, processing and storing electronic documents,<br \/>\n\u2022 allows market participants to choose the type of electronic signature in accordance with the law,<br \/>\n\u2022 sets requirements for the use of qualified, advanced and simple electronic signatures, as well as electronic seals.<\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC invites market participants and all interested parties to review the document and provide their suggestions and comments at the following link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/document\/?id=38487630\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.nssmc.gov.ua\/document\/?id=38487630<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The public discussion period is until 20 March 2025.
