One of such platforms is the NSSMC&#8217;s Hotline. It is important for us to be in touch and resolve citizens&#8217; issues within our competence as quickly as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, to ensure the stable functioning of such communication, the NSSMC approved and registered with the Ministry of Justice the updated Procedure for the operation of the telephone hotline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does the hotline work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If the question is of a reference and advisory nature, the answer is provided to you immediately during the conversation;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; if the question requires additional analysis, you may be advised to submit a written request. Our specialists will analyse the situation in detail and provide a response;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; all requests are registered and accounted for in accordance with legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Where to contact us?<\/p>\n<p><strong>All inquiries are accepted by phone: (044) 280-28-26.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NSSMC telephone hotline is open <strong>from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, with a break from 13:00 to 13:45.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our specialists will provide you with qualified answers or help you coordinate your questions with the relevant specialists in other government agencies.
