Agrarian note is a new instrument for financing the Ukrainian agricultural sector, which opens the door to transparent, efficient and affordable mechanisms for attracting resources. The note is issued in the form of a security, has a clear term of validity and fixed terms of performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The tool was developed with the participation of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU), the International Finance Corporation (IFC, a World Bank group) and with the support of the Swiss Confederation.<\/p>\n

We have recently explained why you should use the Agrarian Note and its benefits. These include:
\n\u2022 Fast access to finance: less bureaucracy – more flexibility.
\n\u2022 Transparency for the investor: the note is issued in accordance with the current legislation and registered with the NDU.
\n\u2022 Confidence in the industry: this is a new level of interaction between the agricultural business and financial institutions.<\/p>\n

Therefore, we now clearly demonstrate step-by-step instructions and an algorithm of actions for issuing an agricultural note (see infographic below).<\/strong><\/p>\n
