As part of its regulatory activities, the NSSMC approved amendments to certain regulatory legal acts of the NSSMC aimed at improving state regulation of depository and clearing activities.<\/p>\n
The registration of share issues for the purpose of collective investment and the prospectuses for these share issues was approved for JSC \u201cCIF HEALTH INVESTMENT TERRITORY\u201d and JSC \u201cCIF GALENIT INVEST\u201d.<\/p>\n
Amendments to the share issue prospectus, fund rules, share issues, and replacement of share issue registration certificates were registered for the corporate investment funds: PJSC \u201cCIF BENEFIT\u201d and JSC \u201cCIF STARBEST\u201d.<\/p>\n
The registration of corporate bonds was approved for:

\nLLC \u201cAMO LEASING\u201d, Series B
\n(both without a public offering).<\/p>\n
The NSSMC approved the Regulation on the Requirements for the Disclosure of Financial Reporting Indicators in the XBRL Format by Reporting Entities that are Capital Market Participants and Professional Participants of Organised Commodity Markets.<\/p>\n
