- A pilot project was approved for the liquidation of the non-diversified closed-end venture mutual investment fund \u201cASTON\u201d, established by LLC \u201cAMC CAPITAL GROUP\u201d, by transferring all its assets and liabilities to JSC \u201cCIF GOLDFORT\u201d.<\/p>\n
– Draft charters and registration of share issues for the formation of initial authorised capital were approved for JSC \u201cCIF VINTAGE\u201d and JSC \u201cCIF MEGA FIN CAPITAL\u201d.<\/p>\n
– Amendments were approved to the Bond Issuance Resolution for Series B bonds of LLC \u201cKSG DNIPRO\u201d(in the absence of a bond prospectus).<\/p>\n
– The registration of named corporate bonds, Series A, was approved for LLC \u201cSIROKO FINANCE\u201d and LLC \u201cFC LIBERTY FINANCE\u201d (without a public offering).<\/p>\n
– Supplements to the bond prospectuses for corporate bonds Series G, H, and B of LLC \u201cNovaPay Credit\u201d were approved.<\/p>\n
– Amendments were approved to the Resolutions on the issuance of named, targeted, unsecured corporate bonds Series J, I, and K of LLC \u201cINVEST-BUDRESURS\u201d (in the absence of a bond prospectus).<\/p>\n
– It was determined that LLC \u201cAMC SOLDIS\u201d does not meet the criteria for classification as a critically important enterprise (according to CMU Resolution No. 76 dated 27 January 2023).<\/p>\n
– The draft Law of Ukraine on the Ratification of the Declaration on the Conclusion of Negotiations on Domestic Regulation of Services and Improvements to the Schedule of Specific Commitments in the Area of Services of Ukraine was approved.<\/p>\n
