As of today, around 70% of necessary steps have been taken \u2014 two thirds of the normative changes that are paving the way toward returning money and securities to clients of the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the latest Commission meeting, the Procedure for compiling a list of the assets of clients of a sanctioned market professional operator was submitted to the Ministry of Justice for adjustment and state registration.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel with the rule-making part, practical work has been under way \u2014 on creating a database of client assets. Next steps \u2014 approval of the list and the launch of the assets return procedure itself.
