Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 clarified issues related to the submission of financial statements by market participants, in particular, amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolution No. 314 and the Requirements for disclosure of financial statements in XBRL Format were approved;
\n\u2013 approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine On Investment Funds (reg. No. 13246);
\n\u2013 approved the NSSMC’s Plan for the implementation of the Letter of Intent of the Government of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine dated 21 Mar 2025, and the Memorandum on Economic and Financial Policy.<\/p>\n
Approved the appointment of the following officials of professional market participants:
\n\u2013 Acting Director of the Municipal Enterprise FC ZHITLO-INVEST of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City State Administration;
\n\u2013 Members of the Supervisory Board of LLC KUA OTP CAPITAL and PrJSC KUA BROKBUSINESSINVEST;
\n\u2013 Internal Auditor and Chief Accountant of LLC BTS BROKER;
\n\u2013 Chief Accountant of LLC FK SOKRAT;
\n\u2013 Member of the Supervisory Board of LLC Ukrainska Universalna Birzha.<\/p>\n
Adopted the following Resolutions:
\n\u2013 on termination of the license for professional activities on capital markets of LLC Ukrservice;
\n\u2013 on renewal of licenses for depository activities of a depository institution, brokerage activities, and sub-brokerage activities of LLC NAFTA-INVEST;
\n\u2013 on the renewal of the license for professional activities in capital markets of LLC KUA APF AKTIV PLUS;
\n\u2013 extended the term for which the temporary manager of a licensee had been appointed.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made on registration issues:
\n\u2013 registered issues of shares for joint investment and prospectuses for these shares for JSC ZNVKIF KIT-INVEST, JSC ZNVKIF ARTEL CAPITAL and JSC ZNVKIF AURUM PRIME INVESTMENTS;
\n\u2013 approved draft statutes and registration of share issues for initial authorized capital formation of JSC ZNVKIF SORANO, JSC ZNVKIF SARGAS, JSC ZNVKIF EKTIV GROUS CAPITAL UKRAINE and JSC ZNVKIF KIP-FINANCE;
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the issue of corporate bonds of Series J of LLC NovaPay Credit, which are issued through a public offering.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2013 made amendments to the NSSMC Decisions No. 2633, No. 405, and No. 406;
\n\u2013 banned making changes to the depository accounting system, as well as the conclusion and\/or execution of legal transactions involving securities of PrJSC PROMZVYAZOK;
\n\u2013 denied LLC KUA OPIKA-KAPITAL approval of its plan of measures to improve its financial condition.<\/p>\n
