Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution On Approval of the Procedure for Supervising Compliance with the Requirements of Legislation in the Field of Preventing and Combating the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Terrorist Financing, and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction by Entities Subject to Primary Financial Monitoring, whose Activities are Regulated and Supervised by the NSSMC.”<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made on registration issues:
\n\u2013 approved amendments to the decision on the issue of Series K bonds of LLC ULF-FINANCE;
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the issue of Series F corporate bonds of LLC FK European Debt Recovery Agency;
\n\u2013 approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional capital by the market participant LLC INZHUR;
\n\u2013 registered an issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares for JSC ZNVKIF UNIVERSALNI INVESTYTSII.<\/p>\n
