Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 issues related to the specifics of concluding and executing legal transactions involving foreign currency-denominated government securities during martial law were clarified;
\n\u2013 the Commission’s reference notes on the versions of the draft Law of Ukraine On the Timber Market (reg. No. 13227-2 and 13227-3) were approved;
\n\u2013 amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolution No. 538.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made on registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional capital market participant LLC KUA OTP CAPITAL by LLC BANK CENTER No. 1 for Investments and Developments was approved;
\n\u2013 intention to acquire a significant stake in professional capital market participants by LLC K2 INVEST was approved;
\n\u2013 a share issue for joint investment and the prospectus for these shares were registered for JSC ZNVKIF EDFORD.<\/p>\n
The appointment of the following officials was approved:
\n\u2013 Internal Auditor of LLC KUA UNIPRO MANAGEMENT;
\n\u2013 Member of the Supervisory Board of PrJSC KUA APF BROKBUSINESSINVEST;
\n\u2013 Internal Auditor of LLC KUA UNION AKTYV;
\n\u2013 Director of the Compliance Control and Risk Management Department of LLC INVESTYTSIYNI PARTNERY;
\n\u2013 Director of the Compliance Control Department of LLC INZHUR;
\n\u2013 Compliance Manager of LLC IFK Profinvest.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2013 LLC DM BROK was denied approval of the Action Plan to improve its financial condition.<\/p>\n
