Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 amendments to the Procedure for Approving Persons Appointed to the Position of Head of a Professional Participant in Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets, Officials of the Internal Control System, and Persons Responsible for Financial Monitoring were approved;
\n\u2013 the draft CMU Resolution \u201cOn the establishment of the joint-stock company Harantovanyi Pokupets (“Guaranteed Buyer”)” was approved with comments.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made on registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 amendments to the Decision on the issue of Series B bonds (in case of failure to register the bond prospectus) of LLC TAS DNEPROVAGONMASH were approved;
\n\u2013 registration of the issue of shares of JSC Fund for Decarbonization of Ukraine (without a public offering);
\n\u2013 approved annexes to the prospectuses for corporate bonds Series J, B, G, and H of LLC NovaPay Credit;<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the draft articles of association and registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF VAYANA, ZNVKIF OSNOVA KAPITAL, ZNVKIF HOTEY, ZNVKIF GOLDINVEST, ZNVKIF STONE UA, ZNVKIF HALIDJI, ZNVKIF KELPI, ZNVKIF FINLAND with the aim of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF BELFAST, ZNVKIF DALIZ-CAPITAL, carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u2013 registered amendments to the prospectus for the issue of shares, registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF FORTIS CONSTRUCTION GROUP and the replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of KIF.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision over the activities of joint stock companies:
\n\u2013 amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolutions No. 507 and No. 508 dated 25 April 2024;
\n\u2013 amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolutions No. 1232 and No. 1233 dated 06 November 2023.<\/p>\n
