Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 1318 dated 15 November 2024\u201d was approved.<\/p>\n
The appointment of an official of a professional participant was approved, namely:
\n\u2013 the Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Rozrakhunkovyi tsentr.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made on registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 terminated the license for professional activities in capital markets of LLC IK BUSINESS-INVEST;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares of PrJSC Strakhovi harantii Ukrainy;
\n\u2013 approved draft statutes and the registration of share issues for the formation of the initial authorized capital of JSC ZNVKIF BANU and ZNVKIF ZENIT INVEST;
\n\u2013 registered amendments to the prospectus, regulations, the registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF KINGSTON and the replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of a corporate investment fund (KIF).<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2013 approved a list of assets belonging to the clients\/depositors of LLC FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE, to which sanctions in the form of \u201casset freezing\u201d were applied.<\/p>\n
