Within the scope of regulatory activities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Procedure for Temporary Appointment of an Administrator of a Non-State Pension Fund\u201d was approved;
\n\u2013 amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 275 dated 13 May 2021 were approved;
\n\u2013 the Amendments to the NSSMC Rule-Making Activity Plan for 2025 were approved;
\n\u2013 the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regulation \u201cOn Submitting Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with EU Regulations and Decisions\u201d was approved;
\n\u2013 the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regulation \u201cOn Approval of the Draft Letter of the Government of Ukraine to the OECD on the Request to Join the OECD Council Recommendation on the Assessment of Competition\u201d was approved.<\/p>\n
Regarding registration and licensing issues:<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered a Report on the results of the issue of Series A corporate bonds of LLC SIROKO FINANCE;
\n\u2013 approved amendments to the decision on the issue of Series C and D bonds (in case of failure to register the bond prospectus) of LLC TAS DNIPROVAGONMASH;
\n\u2013 approved the prospectus for corporate bonds series D and E of LLC NovaPay Credit;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares for ZNVKIF KRONOS and ZNVKIF VISTOL;
\n\u2013 registered amendments to the prospectus for the issue of shares, registration of the issue of shares and replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of PJSC ZNVKIF AKULA;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF TOKUMA for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u2013 revoked the license for professional activities on capital markets of LLC Fintime.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the action plan to improve the financial condition of PrJSC INVESTYTSIYNA KOMPANIYA ROMEX-INVEST;
\n\u2013 confirmed that LLC UKD meets the criteria specified in Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 dated 27 January 2023;
\n\u2013 amendments made to the NSSMC Resolutions No. 1059, 1060, 1063, and 1064 dated 25 September 2023.<\/p>\n
