The National Securities and Stock Market Commission announces the entry into force of the amendments to the Procedure for the approval of a person appointed the head of a professional market operator in capital markets, as well as officials of the internal control system and officials responsible for financial monitoring.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These amendments were approved by the NSSMC Resolution No. 09\/21\/2442\/K03 dated 20 June 2025, and registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 07 July 2025 No. 1039\/44445.<\/p>\n
