Within the scope of regulatory activities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the revised draft NSSMC Resolution on the Procedure for returning assets belonging to clients\/depositors of a capital market operator subject to sanctions in the form of asset freezing;<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Procedure and Regulations Approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolutions No. 888 of 30 November 2016, and No. 967 of 30 August 2022\u201d;<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Procedure for Transforming a State-Owned Enterprise into a Joint Stock Company or a Limited Liability Company Whose 100 Percent of Shares (Stakes) Are Owned by the State\u201d;<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine Regarding Investment Funds\u201d (reg. No. 13247 dated 01 May 2025);<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Articles 3 and 5 of the Law of Ukraine \u2018On Sanctions\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made regarding registration and licensing issues:<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the draft articles of association and registration of the issue of shares to form the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF FLERON JSC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF GIPERION INVEST JSC and ZNVKIF PARK INVEST JSC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 cancelled the registration of the issue (issues) of shares, the prospectus (prospectuses) and the revocation of the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of a non-diversified closed-end mutual investment fund.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional capital market participant Profi-T Tsinni Papery LLC.
\nApproved the appointment of officials of the professional market operators:<\/p>\n
\u2013 internal auditors of KASTODIAN GARANT LLC and FINASTA LLC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 board members and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IVEKS CAPITAL PrJSC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 the Director of the Compliance Control and Risk Management Department of INZHUR CAPITAL LLC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 the Director, a person responsible for financial monitoring, a Compliance Manager and a Risk Manager of Finasta LLC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Chief Accountants of KUA TEMP LLC and KUA REIT S1 LLC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 persons responsible for financial monitoring at KUA INVESTYTSIYNI PARTNERY LLC, KUA PATRIOT LLC, KUA TEMP LLC and KUA GARANTIA \u2013 INVEST LLC.<\/p>\n
