This document lays the foundation for close cooperation in building an integrated capital market infrastructure in Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is planned to create a vertically integrated market infrastructure covering the entire cycle, from trading and reporting to clearing, settlement, and accounting. This approach will ensure the market\u2019s efficiency, transparency, and attractiveness to strategic investors.<\/p>\n<p>The parties agreed to jointly implement a comprehensive market development model that will promote sustainable economic growth, reduce the cost of capital for businesses and the state, and support ongoing dialogue with market operators.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe signing of this Memorandum is an important step towards building a modern and efficient capital market in Ukraine.
