The Commission is offering the draft Anti-Corruption Program of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for 2025-2027 for public discussion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The draft Program includes measures to prevent, detect, and combat corruption in the NSSMC, ensures compliance by its employees with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, and creates additional safeguards against corruption offenses and offenses related to corruption.<\/p>\n

Why is it important?<\/strong><\/p>\n

This will promote transparency, integrity, minimize corruption risks, increase public trust, and optimize the Commission\u2019s anti-corruption system.<\/p>\n

Therefore, the discussion will take place in the form of a webinar on 15 May 2025 from 10h00 to 12h00.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Comments and suggestions regarding the Program, available at this link<\/a>, will be accepted for 10 business days by email: anticor@nssmc.gov.ua<\/a> or by mail to the NSSMC: 8 Knyaziv Ostrozkykh St., Block 30, Kyiv, 01010.<\/p>\n

Registration of participants for the webinar takes place via email at anticor@nssmc.gov.ua<\/a> until 13h00 on 14 May 2025<\/strong>, with the following mandatory information:<\/p>\n

\u2022 agency, institution, organisation;
\n\u2022 last name, first name, patronymic and position of the participant;
\n\u2022 a resume or explanation, in free format, of experience in anti-corruption activities;
