Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission No. 1283 dated 25 September 25 2012\u201d was approved;<\/p>\n
\u2013 the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Procedure for Recording Violations of Specialized Legislation and Considering Cases of Violations of Specialized Legislation under Martial Law\u201d was approved;<\/p>\n
\u2013 cancelled the Resolutions on the elimination of violations of legislation on capital markets and organized commodity markets\/requirements regarding the elimination of violations of legislation on the prevention and counteraction of legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the implementation term of which was suspended by the NSSMC Resolution No. 198 dated 24 Mar 2022 (as amended);<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Procedure and Provisions Approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolutions No. 888 of 30 November 2016, and No. 967 of 30 August 2022\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 142 dated 10 March 2017\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved an analytical report on the implementation of the NSSMC Rule-making Plan in Q2 2025.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made on
\nregistration and licensing issues:<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered the issue of registered corporate bonds series C of AZURRO FINANS LLC (without public offering);<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered the issue of registered interest-bearing unsecured ordinary corporate bonds of series C and D (without public offering) by YAVIR-INVEST LLC.<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF SETARIA JSC, ZNVKIF SKYBUILD INVEST JSC, ZNVKIF RODOLIT-INVEST and ZNVKIF YUON-INVEST;<\/p>\n
\u2013 changes to the prospectus, regulations, registration of the share issue, and replacement of the certificate of registration of the share issue of ZNVKIF INVEST AKTIV JSC were registered;
\n\u2013 changes to the prospectus, registration of the share issue, and replacement of the certificate of registration of the share issue of ZNVKIF KOIN PROPERTIES JSC were registered.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2013 was decided that FK GARANT KAPITAL LLC complies with the criteria specified in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27 January 2023.<\/p>\n
