Within the scope of regulatory activities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 draft NSSMC Resolutions \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Decisions of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission\u201d and \u201cOn Approval of the Instructions on the Organization of Access Control at the National Securities and Stock Market Commission\u201d were approved;
\n\u2013 draft NSSMC Resolutions \u201cOn Approval of the Regulations on the Procedure for Issuing and Registering Shares while Setting up Joint Stock Companies through the Transformation of State-Owned and Municipal Enterprises\u201d was approved;
\n\u2013 amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolution No. 198 dated 24 March 2022;
\n\u2013 technical parameters\/conditions for submitting financial statements in XBRL format to the financial reporting collection, its validation, and disclosure center were approved.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made regarding registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF PROCAPITAL INVEST JSC;
\n\u2013 changes to the prospectus, regulations, registration of the share issue, and replacement of the certificate of registration of the share issue of ZNVKIF SKAYFOL JSC were registered.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2013 the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant of capital markets KUA VALPRIM LCC was approved;
\n\u2013 KUA LVIV CAPITAL LLC was confirmed to meet the criteria specified in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27 January 2023;
\n\u2013 approved the appointment to office of the acting director of FK OLIMPIA LCC.<\/p>\n
