Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 approved a clarification \u201cOn the application of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Joint Investment Institutions\u201d.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made regarding registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 the issue of shares of MANDARIN PLAZA PJSC was registered;
\n\u2013 a report on the results of the issue of registered interest-bearing unsecured corporate bonds Series G (without public offering) by NOVA POSHTA LLC was registered;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF G INVESTMENTS JSC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF TRASTIDIA JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u2013 registration of the issue of shares was cancelled and the certificate of registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF BILGRUP JSC was revoked.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2013 amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolutions No. 26\/21\/1757\/K01 and No. 26\/21\/1756\/K01 dated 28 January 2025;
\n\u2013 the job appointment of a Risk Manager at KUA OTP CAPITAL LLC was approved.<\/p>\n
