Within the scope of regulatory activities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 adopted the NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Procedure for Returning Assets, Including Cash, Belonging to Clients\/Depositors of a Professional Capital Market Participant Subject to Asset Freezing Sanctions\u201d;
\n\u2013 amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 275 dated 13 May 2021, were approved;
\n\u2013 approved the Commission’s report on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Regulation of Certain Issues Related to the Activities of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals, the National Bank of Ukraine and joint investment institutions” (registration No. 13007-d dated 07 July 2025);
\n\u2013 draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Articles 3 and 5 of the Law of Ukraine \u2018On Sanctions\u2019\u201d approved;
\n\u2013 approved the Instruction on the enforcement of financial penalties (fines) for violations of relevant legislation;
\n\u2013 approved draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolutions \u201cOn Amendments to the Procedure and Provisions Approved by Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 888 dated 30 November 2016 and No. 967 dated 30 August 2022\u201d, and \u201cOn Approval of Criteria for Assessing the Admissibility of State Aid to Business Entities Provided to Address Social and Economic Problems of a National Nature Caused by the Full-Scale Military Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Submitting Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with the Decisions and Regulations of the Council of the European Union\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the NSSMC Implementation Plan for the Operational Plan of Measures for the Implementation in 2025-2026 of the Communication Strategy on Ukraine\u2019s European Integration for the period up to 2026.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made regarding registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 on amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 11\/21\/2604\/K01 dated 18 July 2025;
\n\u2013 on revoking the license to conduct professional activities on capital markets \u2013 clearing activities to determine the obligations of FB Perspektyva PrJSC;
\n\u2013 on registering the issue of shares of PATRIOT PJSC and SKY BANK PJSC;
\n\u2013 on registering the issue of preferred shares and ordinary shares of POLTAVA-BANK JSC;
\n\u2013 on approving the draft Articles of Association and the registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF HEAVEN JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u2013 on registering the issue of shares of ZNVKIF GTI INVESTMENT JSC, carried out for the purpose of joint investment;
\n\u2013 on registering the issue of shares of ZNVKIF RINIA JSC carried out for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
\n\u2013 on issuing a license to conduct professional activities in capital markets \u2013 asset management activities for institutional investors (asset management activities) to KUA COIN GROUP JSC.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2013 approval of the person responsible for financial monitoring at Investytsiyi kapital Ukraina LLC;
\n\u2013 on approving the person performing the functions of a Risk Manager at KUA FORTIOR CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u2013 on approving the person performing the functions of a Compliance Manager and a Risk Manager at INVESTYTSIYNYI KAPITAL UKRAINA LLC.<\/p>\n
