Within the scope of regulatory activities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 the final List of assets belonging to clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which the sanction in the form of \u201casset freezing\u201d had been applied, was approved;
\n\u2013 draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Article 136 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets'” regarding the possibility for the Bureau of Economic Security (BES) to obtain information contained in the depository accounting system was approved;
\n\u2013 draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Regulations on the Supervisory Board of Ukrayinska Zaliznytsia JSC”;
\n\u2013 paragraphs 5 and 6 of the NSSMC Resolution No. 1336 dated 10 November 2022 were declared invalid.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made regarding registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 amendments to the Rules of Ukrainska Enerhetychna Birzha LLC, Ukrainska Torhova Platforma LLC, and Ukrainska Universalna Birzha LLC were registered;
\n\u2013 draft Articles of Association were approved and share issues of ZNVKIF SEREKANO INVESTMENTS JSC and ZNVKIF SOFERO INVESTMENTS JSC were registered for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
\n\u2013 the prospectus for the issue and release of investment certificates of Horyzont Capital mutual ZNVKIF managed by KUA PRESTIGE CAPITAL LLC were registered;
\n\u2013 amendments to the Decision on the issue of Series C bonds (in the event that a bond prospectus is not prepared) by KSG DNIPRO LLC;
\n\u2013 a report on the results of the share issue without a public offering by UNEX BANK JSC was registered.<\/p>\n
