Within the scope of regulatory activities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the Commission’s reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Implementation of European Law on Energy Market Integration, Security of Supply, and Competitiveness in the Energy Sector\u201d;<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the Commission’s report on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Harmonization of the Definition of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises with EU Legislation.\u201d<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered the amendments to the Rules of URB LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the amendments to the Articles of Association of the open non-state pension fund TURBOTA.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made regarding registration and licensing issues:<\/p>\n
\u2013 a license was issued to URB LLC for professional activities on organized commodity markets for the organization of derivative contracts on commodity exchanges;<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the appendices to the prospectuses for corporate bonds Series D, E, J, B, G, and H of NovaPay Credit LLC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered the issue of registered corporate interest-bearing unsecured bonds Series C of MONEYVEO SHVYDKA FINANSOVA DOPOMOHA LLC (without public offering);<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered a report on the results of the bond issue and cancellation of registration of the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series B of AMO LEASING LLC;<\/p>\n
\u2013 registered a report on the results of the share issue without a public offering by PrJSC HOTEL UKRAINA;<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the draft Articles of Association and registration of share issues of ZNVKIF TELUR INVEST JSC, ZNVKIF APEX JSC, ZNVKIF SKALES JSC, ZNVKIF NAINITAL JSC, and ZNVKIF KALADONIA JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital.<\/p>\n
