Within the scope of regulatory activities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 amendments were made to the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Sector of Ukraine;
\n\u2013 the Commission’s reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Property Valuation\u201d was approved;
\n\u2013 amendments were made to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1283 dated 25 September 2012;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Approval of Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the NSSMC on the Procedure for Submitting Financial Statements\u201d;
\n\u2013 amendments were made to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025 and the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Procedure for Issuing Shares, Registering and Cancelling the Registration of Share Issues\u201d was approved;<\/p>\n
\u2013 amendments were made to certain NSSMC Resolutions;
\n\u2013 draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Submitting Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in Accordance with the Sanctions Decisions of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury (OFAC)\u201d was approved.<\/p>\n
The appointment of the following professional participants was approved:<\/p>\n
\u2013 the Internal Auditor of FIRMA MOTOR-DEALER LLC;
\n\u2013 the person responsible for financial monitoring at UNIVER CAPITAL;
\n\u2013 a Compliance Manager and a Risk Manager at PALLADIUM CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u2013 the Director of KUA PROFIT LLC.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:<\/p>\n
\u2013 approved the action plan on improving the financial condition of KUA TERCIN LLC;
\n\u2013 confirmed that KUA CLEVER ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC complies with the criteria specified in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made on registration and licensing issues:<\/p>\n
\u2013 the issue of shares and the prospectus for these shares of ZNVKIF PRIMARIS JSC and ZNVKIF SVITOVIT JSC were registered;
\n\u2013 the draft Articles of Association and the registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF KING JSC were approved;
\n\u2013 the license of FK EKSOMBUD-INVEST LLC was terminated.<\/p>\n
