Within the scope of regulatory activities the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the Procedure for the temporary appointment of the administrator of a non-state pension fund;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission No. 1053 dated August 4, 2022\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution recognizing certain regulatory acts of the NSSMC and its legal predecessor as invalid;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Bureau of the Economic Security of Ukraine\u201d was agreed upon;
\n\u2013 made amendments to the list of assets belonging to clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which the sanction of \u201casset freezing\u201d was applied;
\n\u2013 made amendments to NSSMC Resolutions No. 507, No. 508, and No. 1684 dated April 25, 2024, and December 9, 2014, respectively.<\/p>\n
Regarding registration and licensing issues the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the base prospectus for corporate bonds of Finansova Kompaniya Aktivitis LLC;
\n\u2013 approved the issue of shares of TEPLICHNY KOMBINAT PrJSC (without a public offering);
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF STRONG PLUS JSC and ZNVKIF WINDMARK JSC;
\n\u2013 registered the prospectus for the issue and the issuance of investment certificates of PNZIF OTP MAXIMUM of KUA OTP CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u2013 issued a license for professional activity in capital markets for the management of the institutional investors\u2019 assets by KUA GLOBAL VIEW CAPITAL LLC.<\/p>\n
Within its scope of supervision the Commission:
\n\u2013 approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant of capital markets KUA AKTYVAMY ABILITY;
\n\u2013 established that KUA DIAMANT INVEST MANAGEMENT LLC does not meet the criteria specified in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 dated January 27, 2023.<\/p>\n
