Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 reviewed the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 467 dated April 14, 2004, and Recognition of Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as No Longer Valid\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1336 dated July 30, 2013\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft NSSMC Resolution \u201cOn Amendments to the Procedures Approved by the NSSMC Resolutions No. 275 dated May 13, 2021, and No. 982 dated October 21, 2021\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution \u201cOn Approval of the Draft Letter from the Government of Ukraine to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Regarding the Request to Adhere to the OECD Council Recommendation on the Assessment of Competition\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the Commission reference notes on the draft Laws of Ukraine \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Use of Seals by Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs\u201d (reg. No. 13591) and \u201cOn Amendments to the Law of Ukraine On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine regarding the introduction of sustainable development reporting\u201d (reg. No. 13598).<\/p>\n
Approved the appointment of the officials in the following professional participants:
\n\u2013 the Chief Accountant of Univer Capital LLC;
\n\u2013 the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Karpaty-Brok LLC;
\n\u2013 the Director of KUA KROLL CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u2013 the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and a Risk Manager of KUA City Van Asset Management LLC.<\/p>\n
Made the following decisions on registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 registered a report on the results of the issuance of Series H bonds by NOVA POSHTA LLC;
\n\u2013 approved amendments to the NSSMC Resolution on the open placement of Series A bonds of the JOINT UKRAINIAN-ESTONIAN ENTERPRISE IN THE FORM OF “OPTIMA-FARM, LTD” LLC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of registered corporate bonds Series B of FK SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE LLC and approved the corresponding prospectus;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF EFFECTIVE INVESTMENTS JSC and ZNVKIF PARADIS JSC;
\n\u2013 approved the draft Articles of Association and the registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF SILVER JSC, ZNVKIF FLORES, JSC, ZNVKIF RAIDO JSC, ZNVKIF BERGEN JSC, ZNVKIF DAVOS JSC, ZNVKIF VECTOR ROZVYTKU JSC and ZNVKIF PRESTIZHBUD INVEST JSC;
\n\u2013 registered amendments to the prospectus, the registration of the issue of investment certificates of ZNVKIF Leasingfuture and the replacement of the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of the mutual fund.<\/p>\n
