Within the scope of regulatory activities:
\n\u2013 approved the draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Recognizing Certain Provisions of Ukrainian Legislative Acts as Invalid\u201d;
\n\u2013 approved the Procedure for supervising compliance with legislative requirements in preventing and combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism, and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction by entities subject to primary financial monitoring, whose activities are regulated and supervised by the NSSMC.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of supervision:
\n\u2013 approved the intentions to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant of capital markets KUA International Investment and Construction Company LLC;
\n\u2013 informed investors about the dubious investment projects Chykalov.pro.Invest, OnlySuccessAllowed, and YourFinancesSecured;
\n\u2013 made amendments to the NSSMC Resolutions dated September 25, 2023, Nos. 1061, 1062, and June 13, 2017, No. 441;
\n\u2013 made amendments to the list of assets belonging to clients\/depositors of FREEDOM FINANCE UKRAINE LLC, to which the sanction of \u201casset freezing\u201d was applied;
\n\u2013 adopted a Resolution prohibiting the conclusion and\/or execution of transactions involving certain securities.<\/p>\n
Approved the appointment of officials in the following professional participants:
\n\u2013 the CEO of AZOVO-CHORNOMORSKA ADMINISTRATIVE COMPANY LLC;
\n\u2013 the Chief Accountant of Ukainska Resursna Birzha LLC.<\/p>\n
The following decisions were made regarding registration and licensing issues:
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF WELLNESS JSC;
\n\u2013 issued a license for professional activities on capital markets for trading in financial instruments, namely for dealer activities of INZHUR CAPITAL LLC;
\n\u2013 terminated the license for professional activities on capital markets of Polohivsky reyestrator LLC;
\n\u2013 approved a number of supplements to the prospectuses for corporate bonds of Series K, D, E, J, B, G, and H of NovaPay Credit LLC;
\n\u2013 approved supplements No. 3 and No. 4 to the base prospectuses for corporate bonds of FK Aktivitis LLC;
\n\u2013 registered the issue of shares of UNEX BANK JSC (without a public offering);
\n\u2013 registered the issue of registered corporate bonds Series A of FK FINVIN LLC (without a public offering).<\/p>\n
